Summary: The cultivation of conilon coffee has the largest irrigated area in the state of Espírito Santo. However, there is a need for the use of irrigation systems that allow the optimization of water resources. Thus, the study and application of subsurface drip irrigation can become a viable technique to improve the current efficiency of this system. Thus, the objective was to evaluate the productivity of the Conilon coffee tree, irrigated by subsurface drip, under different irrigation depths and different depths of the drip tube in relation to the soil surface, in addition to evaluating the variation in flow and uniformity of water application. issuers over time. The project was conducted in an experiment installed since July 2017 at the experimental farm of the Centro Universitário Norte do Espírito Santo, at the Federal University of Espírito Santo, in São Mateus, ES, with conilon coffee trees irrigated by surface and buried dripping. The experimental design used was in randomized blocks, with four replications, in a splitplot scheme, with the plots being the depth of the NAAN Topdrip drip line (0.10 and 0.20m) and the subplots being water depths (control consisting of the surface dripper, 100, 73 and 45% of the depth applied in the control treatment in underground drippers). The highest average within the 4 harvests for the productivity result was obtained with treatment 8, in which it obtained 108.5 bags hectare-1. It was observed that the depth of the drip tube also interfered. As for the evaluations of the drippers, all the CUE values obtained in the evaluations carried out can be considered excellent. Significant variations in the flows of the evaluated treatments were not verified, however, it is observed a propensity of increase of the flow in relation to the initial values. In the average between the evaluated treatments, we obtained in the sieves 14 above a percentage of 71.4% and 79.5% for the years 2021 and 2022, respectively.
